I have raised my case on 23/07/25 and today is 26/07/25 the customer care has told me that enginer will visit at your home max 26/07 but still not came...I have very important work to do and my laptop is only 2 months old and issue is raising....plz provide the engineer as soon as possible

I’m really sorry to hear about the delay, and I understand how important your laptop is, especially when it’s just 2 months old.

 

Could you please share your Case ID with me via private message? I’ll immediately look into this and escalate the matter to ensure an engineer is assigned to you as soon as possible.
