Can I use my all in one computer--Pavilion to a computer monitor?

That depends on your model, which you are not specifying now. But in principle you should have two HDMI, one is HDMI-IN that allows you to use it as a monitor and the other is HDMI-OUT to send the signal to another monitor, if you don't have HDMI-IN you can't do anything.
