Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My All-in-one 27-r114 turns on but the screen stays black. I checked the HDMI button and that is black as well. I have absolutely no picture on the computer or HDMI. You can hear the computer running. After a hard reset to try and get the screen to turn on, it now beeps three times and continues to beep 3 times until I press the power button. It will no longer allow me to do a hard reset. Warranty is expired. Please help I have a lot of information I need to extract as well.
