HP 2210m
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought this monitor at a thrift store, after a couple of days of using it the internal speakers stopped functioning, does anyone know how to fix this?

@Hmm2356

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  • Ensure speaker volume is not muted or too low:
  • Click the Windows start button™, Control Panel, and Hardware and Sound.
  • Under Audio Devices and Sound, click Adjust system volume. Under Main Volume, move the slider up.
  • If you are connected using HDMI, use the Speaker Self Test OSD Volume option to ensure that the speakers work, and thus isolate it to a potential issue with the source input.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
