Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I don't know if this is the right place to put this. I apologize if it's not.

I've been experiencing audio delay when viewing Youtube videos and playing video games, to a notable degree.

I've tried various solutions, like updating my graphics drivers, restarting, and various other things, along with using the Win10 sound fixer to no avail.

I only own an HP monitor, and I didn't have these issues before.

I figured it was something to do with response time, but when I up it to "fastest" I get EXTREMELY heavy ghosting.
If anybody can provide any help, I would much, MUCH appreciate it.
