Hello Everyone, I bought a hp envy laptop from the US but now I'm using it from a different country, I had my laptop rebooted but now autorotation does not work, I can not find the option in the control panel anymore, and even when I attempt to rotate the screen it does not recognize it, and when I turn on tablet mode manually it does not open the keyboard automatically when I press somewhere to type.
I tried many solutions including updating divers, anyone could help, please?
Thank you.

Hi:
What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?
Use this guide to find that information.

What operating system are you running on it?

I don't see any applicable drivers for the autorotation feature like the notebooks with Intel processors have.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to back up your files and use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will factory reset your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
