Backlight Bleed 3 month old monitor HP X34

Hey wondering if someone can help....

I usually use my monitor for general stuff music, gaming, admin etc. 

Just started watching films on it and am pretty disgusted with what ive seen.

I have some difficulties when working normally, I put this down to moving from a  34'' curved screen to a 34'' flat screen, but it appears there is extreme backlight bleed all over this monitor and its all but impossible to watch a film.

I bought it end of Jan/start of Feb 2023, its under extended warranty. Its certainly below par and not what im expecting for a £300 spend.

It wont let me post a picture of it here though.

Can someone help?
