Which video driver of the several for AMD on the download page for this model is the newest one for the 81B3 mainboard?
Also, what is the newest driver from AMD that actually works with the 81B3 mainboard? I tried their automatic detect and install and the driver it got made Explorer constantly crash and restart. So I tried the newest "legacy" driver for R5 Graphics and it also made Explorer constantly crash and restart.

Hi:
This would be the correct driver you need for the onboard AMD graphics adapter.
Driver - HP Pavilion Desktop - 510-a010 (ENERGY STAR) | HP® Customer Support
The other drivers labeled 'AMD Radeon Discrete Graphics Driver,' are for the PCs that came with the optional AMD discrete add- on graphics cards offered by HP in the510-a0xx model series.

That is the one I installed and it works.
Are there any newer versions from AMD that work or did HP do things to this hardware to make it incompatible with drivers not from HP?
The versions of this PC with discreet graphics would have to have completely different mainboards and should not have been lumped in with this bargain basement one.

According to AMD, they have no updated drivers for PCs with the A8-7410 processor with the R5 graphics adapter.
A8-7410 with Radeon™ R5 Graphics Drivers & Support | AMD
AMD Radeon™ Software Support for Legacy Graphics Products | AMD
You can try the driver they have posted from 6/21/21 on the first link I posted, if that is not the same one you tried.
If that driver doesn't work, then I recommend you stick with the one from HP.
