Hello Community!

 

I came home to a black screen on my HP Envy All-In-One.  I booted it up, and the power light flashes white.  It makes a static like sound with each flash like a speaker turning off and on.  6 slow sounds, then 6 faster sounds.  

It goes through that routine about 3 times, and then never boots up.  

 

I tried the initial troubleshooting recommendations through the virtual assistant.  (disconnect all devices and power supply, hold down power button for 15 seconds.  start it up).  to no avail.  

 

I have connected to a 2nd monitor (HDMI port), and it works fine.  I would like to get the all-in-one monitor working again.  HP diagnostics tool error - unable to extract cab.  Any recommendations on how to proceed?  Product is out of warranty, and its difficult to open case (believe tape needs to be removed with no visible screws).  Thanks!
