When playing a game, the video signal disappears and the screen turns black. The dp line has been changed. The HDMI cable is the same. The game can be viewed in 1024x768 game window mode. In the game, select full screen or magnified window to indicate that the video signal is lost, and then the screen goes black. Any game. World of Tanks. 3D games such as War Thunder are in addition to games. Everything is normal when watching online videos. When you start the computer, there will be a horizontal line consisting of green dots. Then there is no response. Wait for the host switch to restart.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
