Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

My screen is off but the computer is on. My mouse led isn't on but my keyboards led is on but when I press caps it doesn't light up. When ever I turn it on I see 2 white light one slightly larger than the other and they blink once very fast but they stay for second after the blink. I've tried hard reset. I suspect it's a bios update but I'm not able to update it if the screen isn't on

@mEOdOTIsabOT Welcome to HP Forums Community!

I suggest you check if the windows startup sound still appears when the PC is turned on, and when you restart the PC, try the below steps to attempt a fix by recovering an earlier version of the BIOS,

To recover an earlier version of the BIOS on your PC:

  1. Turn off the computer.

  2. With the computer off, press and hold the Windows logo key  and the B key at the same time.
