I have a HP VP6325 projector that has sadly just been dropped to the floor. It has been working perfectly well until that point but is now showing a blinking red light to the 'bulb' symbol/ light. Assuming it was a broken bulb because of the fall I replaced the bulb with a new one I had in stock but upon replacing it, the red bulb light is still blinking and the device won't switch on. I've checked the manual for the model but it only states to consult a HP assistant. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I can't do without this projector and can't replace it. Many thanks.

@Larry001

I found a copy of the manual online and near the end, it has an on screen menu, one selection of which is diagnostics.

All you can do is run those and see what it says.

We have no resources here to diagnose or repair this kind of equipment.

Hi WAWood, thank you for your reply. Are you able to tell me what page number on the manual as I have a copy from online too. Also, I'm not sure if you noticed from my original post but I mentioned that the projector will not turn on, therefore I can't operate any diagnostics from within the projectors screen options. I guess I'm needing some suggestions for hardware or some way of resetting the device maybe? Thanks
