HDMI and VGA are inactive on moniter (24f Display) I am trying to interact with the box for a Digium Switchvox 80 to admin some voicemail messges using either VGA or HDMI for the monitor and USB for a wireless keyboard. All i get is a monitor menu that lists both HBMI ports 1 & 2 and VGA port as Inactive. Suggestions?

Thank you for joining the HP Support Community
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Could you please help me with the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
Which device are you connecting the monitor to?
Did you try with a different HDMI cable?
Meanwhile, refer to this document: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00061509
Keep me posted.
Have a great day!
Cheers:)

The link you provided goes to a page not found.
I found the product number for a HP 25f at https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05873314
It lists 2XN61AA, 3AL43AA
I am attempting to connect to a Digium SwitchVox 80 Phone system. I must plug in the monitor using either HDMI or VGA and a USB keyboard to interface with the admin dialogs to update some phone extension voice mail messages. The monitor shows HDMI 1 Inactive, HDMI 2 Inactive, VGA inactive. The HDMI and VGA cables were both pulled off working PCs so they should not be the issue.
I have played around with the monitor's menu and can use its buttons to navigate between VGA and HDMI, but I can't get any of them to move from Inactive to Active.
I have no idea what the Digium user interface might look like, but the phone system is on.
