Product: HP M24f Monitor

I purchased a Brand New HP M24f Monitor that I was just able to get set up tonight, it has little white lights twinkling like if your TV was going out, it is flashing on and off and eventually it went to just snow, how the TV's do. It eventually came back on but now it is starting the same things over again, white flashing, then completely flashing on and off.

I have checked ALL of my connections and they are fine.

If I can't get this resolved it will be going back to the store tomorrow. This is ridiculous.
