Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

partsurfer doesn't have it and i can't find one anywhere. ALL I NEED IS A REPLACEMENT SCREEN! Been looking for over a year now and that, coupled with the HP laptop I have that no longer recognizes its own hard drive... I'm starting to become disillusioned with this company. I tried to buy only HP items so I wouldn't have to go far for support but the support is nonexistent and frustrating.
