HP 27vx LED Backlit Monitor - Product Specifications

 

Introduction

The HP Pavilion 27vx is a 68.6 cm (27 in) LED Backlit monitor.

M6V69AA
 
My monitor has a giant crack in the middle, and I tried to get it repaired but they mentioned it's unfixable due to the LED screen. Will HP be able to fix the item, or will I just have to discard and purchase something else? The display is so beautiful, I would hate to part with it if it's fixable.

Possibly it depends on the HP support agent you talk to.  Try contacting @Anand_Andy 

You can send a personal message "PM" or just wait for Andy to respond to this post

Andy helped the following HP owner with a similar broken monitor.
