And If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.

yes its my son inlaws he dropped it and broke the glass screen. computer works. it is a all in one mod # 24-b016 sn # [edit] product # V8929AA  HP Pravilion 24b000. Hope you can help with detalled info on how to replace it and were to get a new screen

@larryj12 Here's the part number of your LCD with front bezel: 863826-001

You may use this part number to order on any local online store such as eBay, Amazon, etc...if you aren't comfortable ordering from them, I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
