Hi I have the same problem but for HP Envy 27 Recline. The touch screen has cracked/broken badly and the touch function is not working. The computer is working fine and screen is still displayihng fine too. 

 

I looked online and found that there is display part 722566-003 PCBA TOUCH CONTROLLER, COLOSSUS. My question is that is this a full screen replacement part with new glass?

 

My computer details:

 

Product Number - L0V71EA#ABU
Serial number: [edit]
Product Name: 27-k470na

The  PCBA TOUCH CONTROLLER is like a Chipset for the Touchscreen to work. Since the Glass is broken you need to replace the complete screen.

 

Those parts are not available for ordering online from HP. I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options
