I dont know anything about computers, but I bought the 22 in 1 PC about a month ago. The CPU, GPU, VRAM, and RAM stats are shown in the upper right hand corner of the screen. They wont go away no matter what commands I press, and the popup covers a big enough portion of the screen that I cant play a game or watch a video, the main reason I bought this. Any help is appreciated

@natalyam

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that you wanting to exit out from the CPU monitor pop window, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Could you please share the screenshot of the system monitor pop up window?
  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
  • Have you tried ending the task in the task manager?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
