Hello, My Camera Driver for my 'HP EliteDisplay E240c 23.8-inch Video Conferencing Monitor' has disappeared. When I try to download the software and drivers from HP they don't have it available for OC Windows 11.
It's an old monitor from 2017 but everything works fine apart from the camera stopping working yesterday. I don't really want to purchase a new monitor or an external camera. is there anything I can do?
Thank you!!!

this monitor has a built-in USB Hub that must be functional for the webcam attached to it to appear/work in windows 10/11
the USB hub (and webcam) requires no drivers as usb support is baked into the windows 10/11 operating system
as such you must have the monitors usb cable connected to the PC alongside the main video cables connection to the PC for the webcam to work
as a quick test with the system on try moving the monitors usb cable to another usb port on the PC, you should hear a audio tone as the system registers the new usb connection if not you will need to determine why the pc is not seeing the monitors usb Hub/webcam when the usb cable is connected to the PC
