Microsoft Windows 11

I bought two monitors with 1440 (2K) resolution, but the tower has only one HDMI port and one VGA port which doesn't support the 2K. Can I install a new cheap graphic card like HP Nvidia Quadro NVS 310 DDR3 and run the other monitor on it, while keeping the first one on the existing HDMI port?

That is unlikely.

Your PC isn't like a gaming rig where two video cards of the same brand and card family car be connected with a special connector.

It may be doable but the results will not be as good as you want, especially considering your Baker motherboard has (1 x PCIe x16 and 1 x PCIe x1). That second slot isn't  a PCIe x16 and that is what is needed.

For that you need a gaming rig with something like an ASUS ROG  motherboard with two PCIe x4 slots and a PSU with more grunt.

Why not remove the original video card and  install the HP Nvidia Quadro NVS 310 DDR3 card?

You can  connect both displays to it

Specifications for the card

Personally I would put something in with a bit more grunt.

Check out this older solved forum thread about upgrading video and PSU on the same PC model series as yours.

The original video card is way better than the HP Nvidia Quadro NVS 310 DDR3.
I wonder if I can keep both of them working together without disconnecting the original one, even if I decided to connect the two monitors on the NVS 310.

You can find the tower specifications here:
