Cannot Detect 2nd Monitor

HP Recommended
HP All-in-One 24-f0xxvilion 6530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My display is no longer able to "detect" a second monitor. It defaults to a duplicate display and I cannot change to expanded display. Under the Display Settings --> Multiple Displays options I do not even have the option to configure because I get "Didn't detect another display"

This is a recent issue that started after a system update was interrupted by an internet outage.

I have deleted and reinstalled the driver multiple times with no luck. Appreciate any help!?!

It is an all in one computer/desk top. It does have HDMI out port. I am able to see a duplicated screen on the second monitor when HDMI is plugged in.
