Today I went into Excel and the lines are so darn light on this display that I can't see the gridlines in my workbook.  How can I darken up without having to put the brightness on super bright?  I don't only have this issue in Excel, it is everywhere that there are lines and boxes.  Lines just are not showing up.  When there is a box I need to fill I have to click all over the screen to find where to type.

For excel - how to make lines thicker for print and to see in display, too...

  • Gridlines may not be of sufficient thickness (size) to print.  Work around this by formatting the grid in specific Cells.

How do I make the Grid Lines in Excel thicker

For the Display on your computer:

Changing Display Settings, Background Image, Icons, and Screen Saver (Windows 10, 7)

Make sure the display color / brightness is set correctly:

See section (in document) "Advanced display settings" >

Open the Advanced display menu > Select "Color Calibration"
