Caps Lock off/on

I click the " Caps Lock" button or "Num Lock" the PC shows me an icon on the screen where it is written"Caps Lock on" or "Caps Lock off".
This problem is really annoying, I tried to change some windows settings but it still gives me the same problem.
If you have solutions, can you explain step by step how to solve it? Thank you
