HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-r114

I love my all in one PC but for a while now a circle started appearing on the bottom left edge of the screen with a cursor inside it and the moment it appears the mouse cursor starts flashing, refresh all the drivers, the BIO, but the problem is not solved, when I turn it on after a short time it comes out again, which makes it difficult for me to work with it, all my computers are HP but if this is not solved I will have to change brands, in these days even my work PC which is an HP, the circle appeared on the screen, it could definitely be a problem that afflicts HP touch screens, can you help me, I like HP computers and I wouldn't like to have to change. Thank you
