My computer product number: 7EF55PA#AB2
Serial number: [Personal Information Removed]
The issue as below:
My computer has no signal of the display to output for displayer, The displayer is black screen frequently when I use the computer. I already replaced the new displayer and video line to connect the computer. But the displayer also is black screen, and note that it has no signal input. I don't know why is it. Pls resolve this issue

Based on your description, since you changed monitor and the display is still black, that implies that the integrated video chip, or the video chip in the video card (if you have one) has failed.
The problem is that without a display capability, you can not run diagnostics to find out which is the case.
For this information, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.
Since you live outside the U.S., here is a link to HP Service Centers, by Country/Region: https://support.hp.com/us-en/service-center
If that link does not provide you sufficient information, then use the main HP link:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
I've found those links to be unreliable if you're using Win10 and the new Edge Browser; so if you are, you need to use something else, like FireFox.
Good Luck
