Computer monitor

HP Recommended
Hp 25inch display
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The AC/DC adapter is not working in the insert, I have changed to a new one and my monitor still won’t turn on.

a couple of times I had to shift the cable to make the screen turn on as well but now it won’t turn on at all 

 

anyone know what I can do?
