HP Pavilion 22bw 21.5-inch IPS LED Backlit Minitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I connect the monitor, Windows says that there are no more monitors connected. But on the monitor it says No signal or going to sleep. I've tried everything, Swapping cables (HDMI & VGA), I tried the driver, and tried the monitor with a Roku and a Chromecast, which both worked.

My graphics card is a ASUS Cerberus GTX 1050 TI OC

Hello
whether the monitor works with another device
then your computer is probably the problem
Check if the graphics card is seated properly, if you are properly connected to this graphics card, not the ports on the motherboard
If you have onboard ports remove the graphics card and test directly to the motherboard

I borrowed a second monitor and it worked with HDMI. I did not try with vga, and I do not have a DVI cable
