HP TouchSmart 9300 Elite Base Model All-in-One PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I turn on my computer, no display comes, it doesn't start, only the power button light is seen on, then off after every 9-10 seconds it will turn on then off no effect on display it will remain black.

(more details):
Above the power button, there is space for a blue light to appear (a small circle) when someone turns on the power button, the blue light turns on but then it turns off and after 9- 10 seconds it turns on, then off again.  this keeps happening and my computer doesn't start meaning there is no display just black screen.

Any solutions?

Also before this issue previously my computer did turn on like it showed the manufacture screen logo then after that black screen. but now it does not start just blue flashes.

How it happened: so I was playing a game, then I raged and shook my pc like it wasn't a hard shook, it was a medium-low shook, after that, it still worked but once I turned it off and turned it on the next time it didn't turn on, it just displays a black screen after manufacture logo then like 4-7 hours after I try to turn it on but this time it turned off and on repeatedly with no display.
