Connect iPad to HP Envy 34” Curved Monitor

HP Recommended
HP Envy 34” Curved Monitor

I’m getting an error message saying that there is no input signal found. The first time connecting the iPad Pro 2019 model I had no issues and since I’ve been using the monitor with an HP laptop. Would anyone know which settings I need to change so that the iPad works correctly with the monitor and laptop as well? The Audio is working fine with the monitor,

Thanks.

@Nycikku
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  1. Plug your Digital AV or VGA adapter into the charging port on the bottom of your iOS device ( By apple )
  2. Connect an HDMI or VGA cable to your adapter.
  3. Connect the other end of your HDMI or VGA cable to your secondary display (TV, monitor, or projector).
  4. Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
