I have just swapped my Microsoft Surface Pro 2 for a new Surface Pro 5. My HP Envy 34 Monitor was linked to the Surface Pro 2 and worked perfectly. I have tried to link it to the Surface pro 5 and the image width is restricted. When looking at the resolution the image size is around 2440 rather than 3400 and I have no way of altering it. Under the Surface Pro 2 the driver was color\HP_Envy_34\icr The driver noted for the Surface Pro 5 is a generic monitor driver. How do I download the corret driver? I asked HP support on the phone what to do and they replied that it was a Microsoft issue and closed the support case. I don't believe that this is correct as it is an HP driver that I require!
Any thoughts gratefully received!
