Hello,
am trying to connect my xbox one to my all in one pc as a monitor so i can play my xbox as i dont have a tv. i plugged an hdmi cord into one of the 2 hdmi in ports on the side of my computer. nothing happens. i tried the other hmi in port, same thing, nothing happens. is there a place i need to go to switch to this input? please help
update:
I believe i fount the problem but it has brought a new problem. Apparently i need to have HP PIP on my computer to get to my HDMI ports. so i downloaded that and when i go to open it, it says that its not compatable with my display. yet my display is an all in one and the specs for this specific computer specifically say to use this program. I am getting very frustrated. someone please help.
update:
Had to update my graphics driver and now it works but im not getting sound.

Hi,
What is your computer actually ? The series has many models/products

You need HDMI in port to be able to connect your Xbox and the following machine does not have HDMI in port.
Note: You need HDMI in port on your AiO, without this port you can't connect, full stop.
Regards.

Its specs shows it has
HDMI in scalar card for game console (MXM)
That means you can use it as a monitor for game consoles. It has a switch on the right. Please use the following article to set this up
