Product: HP Envy 23-o014
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey all,

 

I have an HP Envy 23-o014 running Windows 10 (64-bit). I'm attempting to add a second monitor that I picked up, a Dell Flat Panel 1907FPt. I realized that my Envy doesn't have an HDMI output, so I bought a USB 3.0 to VGA adaptor and hooked it all up. However, my Envy won't recognize that I've attached a second monitor. I have a test screen on the Dell and so con confirm that there is power and it is working. My drivers are up to date. 

 

Any ideas on what could be going on? Thanks!

What is it, does it work on Dell computer ?
