Product: HP EliteDisplay S230tm 23-inch Touch Monitor

Is there a way to connect old display (HP EliteDisplay S230tm) to new PC (TP01-4160nd).

I am using DVI to VGA convertor (Display to PC) and for touch also a USB cable between Display en PC.

Unfortunately driver software HP is only available for Windows10.

Can somebody provide a solution please?
