Product: HP Envy 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-da0000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

This is my first HP device and I opened up my laptop today to see there is a crack going through my screen. First, I was wondering if my 1 year warranty will cover the repair of my screen. Secondly, where should I go to contact HP for how to go about repairing my device?

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
