Hello Everyone,
I need to know how to file a complaint with HP about a recent purchase. I won't go into explicit detail here, but long story short I had a problem with a brand new PC right out of the box and trying to resolve it with HP has been a nightmare. I've wasted so much time running around in circles and have gotten nowhwere. I'm done with being on hold on the 800 # and useless chats with representatives who can't do anything. I want to get my complaint to someone who can actually DO something about it. I've been a loyal HP customer for decaces but this latest experience has pushed me over the edge. If anyone can point in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your response and your help. I was just hoping someone knew of a name and address/email address, or URL where I could escalate my issue to someone higher on the chain. But I do appreciate your effors on my behalf. Thank you. Wish me luck.

We - that is, the HP Community - are not a department of HP proper -- we are a peer-to-peer user forum that lives at and operates within the HP website.
I do believe our "here but not part of HP proper" status can be confusing.
Being a separate entity means we cannot intervene directly on your behalf.
We are higher on the chain than complaining to the air to your neighbor -- there is hope.
