Hello. I recently downloaded CyberLink Youcam 9 for my HP Desktop. However, it will not connect to HP TrueVision HD Cam and as a result, there is no video on YouCam when I open up that app. I used ReImage Repair to try and fix it. I'm also unable to connect any other capture device to YouCam. I can only use HP TrueVision HD Cam. All my drivers are up to date as well. What should I do? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
