Welcome to HP Community

If the Software has been downloaded properly on the Notebook, click Start and type " CyberLink" or " Youcam ". The Cyberlink Youcam should show up in the List

If the Cyberlink App has been downloaded and installed properly, then try these steps to get a Desktop Icon

1. Select the Windows button to open the Start menu.

2. Select All apps.

3. Right-click on the app you want to create a desktop shortcut for.

4. Select More.
style 1 4

5. Select Open file location.

style 1 5

6. Right-click on the app's icon.

7. Select Create shortcut.

8. Select Yes.

You should see the Cyberlink App Icon on the Desktop if the App has been installed properly

Keep me posted how it goes 😊
