Darker Color look Blocky/Pixelated

Shades of darker colors seem to be made up of pixelated blocks that is an eye sore for someone like me who uses their computer for Vr gaming. (Lens mm away from their eyes) Newest Nvidia Gaming drivers are installed, Windows 11 is up to date, Nvidia settings have the best color options available, I have tested multiple cables on all different ports, usual results end up being worse or the same. Started when I got home after being away for a few days a few months back, not sure If a setting was changed by accident Any help is appreciated!

so the problem is with a vr device, on the monitor, both?
if you have already tried graphics drivers changes to settings, you should if possible try the devices with another computer
You have to identify if the problem comes from the graphics card, or something else.
