Product: Hp Touchscreen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello. Does anyone have the answer on how to fix my touchscreen and camera? They both worked a couple months ago. First the touch screen stopped working, then the camera stopped about two weeks later. I have contacted Microsoft support and they tried to fix but was unsuccessful. I had uninstalled the camera app and now i cant figure out how to reinstall it, thinking that would work. now I've made it worse. UGHHHH help please!!!

May I know the Operating system using?

 

May I know the model number of the notebook?

 

check for Windows update?
