I need help every time I turn on my desktop HP a blue screen pops up, and it states on the message on the blue screen that it’s going to restart then it starts again. The blue screen pops up again, then restarts again the blue screen pops up again. What do I do?  Thank you so much for your help

If you have Windows OS, then it will eventually tell you after three consecutive unsuccessful  attempts, on how to proceed.  Since you started "other" for the OS, please explain.  Also post the model number of the PC.

If you can post a photo of the Blue Screen that would help.
