HP E45c G5 DQHD Curved Monitor
Microsoft Windows 11

I have 2 company issued laptops with Windows 11 Enterprise 23H2 connected with USB C cables to the monitor (HP E45c G5 DQHD) and on both of them the Device Bridge is not working. Always shows "Not Ready".

When i connect 2 of my home laptops with Windows 11 Professional, the Device Bridge is working correctly, but whenever i connect one of the company laptops it stops working.

Can you please help?

Hi,

The company issued laptops are HP Probook 640 G8 and Lenovo Thinkpad T14 Gen2. They work flawlessly with the monitor, just the device bridge is not working. Currently when I use them both, I set the monitor in "Picture by picture" mode and use the keyboard shortcut (double tap Ctrl) to switch between them, but this is really slow. Have to wait 5-10 sec to switch.
