What are the differences between the two models under HP Elitedisplay E223 which are 1FH45A8 & 1FH45AA?

if I do a google search with product number I get a US sit link, and the other FR

Thanks for the response. Actually I am planning to purchase one and both models are available at Amazon. That's why I am wondering about the difference.
