Hi Team HP Community!
I have an E24i G4 HPO Eye Base Monitor.
It's been fine but for some unknown reason has gone into 'theft mode' so when I connect laptop, Windows or Mac, it says' theft mode enabled', the screen is darkened and although a mouse will show on it, it's essentially pointless.
I have downloaded the user guides, (no help) and checked previous community stuff about theft mode but the press the + & - buttons is not an option as this monitor has no + or - buttons to press and hold.
So, anyone out there been through this and can help me get this resolved so the screen is bright and useful again?
Hope to hear from the depths of your knowledge and experience!
