Error Message: when I was using my laptop suddenly it turns off. Then I tried to turn it on, but it didn't respond only a Black screen was shown. When I turn on the power button the power led turn on & stay 10-15 seconds then goes turn off. then I tried some changes by opening my laptop, I can find some errors.

(1)when I removed my laptop battery & connect it with AC & turned it on but it doesn't work.--------(2 RAM + Battery = Black Screen )
(2)Then I remove my 1 RAM (it contains two 8GB Ram)And Again power on with AC my laptop turn on & work perfectly. ---------(1RAM + No Battery = Work perfectly )
(3) when I put my laptop battery it goes in previous conditions Black Screen---------( 1RAM + Battery= Black Screen )
(4) I changed the Ram slot & RAM but it doesn't work. It works only with 1 RAM & No Battery.--------(1RAM + 1 RAM + No Battery = Black Screen )
Note:

( i.) My both RAM & RAM slot full ok. ( laptop open when it has 1 RAM it doesn't matter which RAM or Which Slot)

(ii.) the laptop battery is overcharged. when diagnosed it shows error messages like, (Primary Battery Calibrate) & I couldn't discharge anymore because the laptop can not open on Battery support.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue with the computer and in order to fix this issue, your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
