Example: Pavilion all in one

Hi Everyone

I was trying to set up a second Monitor and it isn't working, the screen is black and says no signal, by mistake when I was in display settings I must have somehow set up monitor 2 as the default monitor, now I cant change the display back because when I go into display settings if I have both plugged in it wont call up the settings as it is probably showing on the second monitor which is blacked out, when i unplug the second monitor and go back into display settings to try to change it back it doesn't give me the option.

Any ideas on how I can fix this? even If I can get the monitor display back to the default setting before i did all this, it would help a lot.

Thank you for your help in advance!
