Display blank and hdmi inactive issue in monitor M27ha

I bought 2 new Hp m27 ha monitor's from verified Hp showroom but all of a sudden both displays went off showing a message such as HDMI inactive ... both the monitors are experiencing the same issue and it has been a week since this is happening .. all the shortcuts have been checked but nothing worked
