Sorry did'nt saw anything about that, but when I am using blender the display is randomly glitching like if I was doing fast alt tab or the task bar would come at the middle of my screen. It occurs sometimes on random action. I thought the problem came from the software but right after I re downloaded it, it did it again. I received my PC two week ago so it can't be a virus in my opinion. I would appreciate your help very much please.

Hi @Balo750,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your OMEN 17.3 Inch Gaming Laptop is experiencing display glitches while using Blender, it could be due to a variety of reasons. Display glitches can manifest in different ways, such as flickering, artifacts, or freezing. Here are some steps to help you troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue.
- Update Graphics Drivers: Ensure that your graphics drivers are up-to-date. Visit the official website of your graphics card manufacturer (NVIDIA or AMD) and download the latest drivers for your specific GPU model. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause display issues.
- Check Blender Compatibility: Ensure that your version of Blender is compatible with your GPU and laptop specifications. Some older versions of Blender may not work properly with newer graphics cards, and vice versa. Updating Blender to the latest version might help.
- Graphics Card Settings: Adjust the graphics settings for Blender. You can do this by opening Blender and going to Edit > Preferences > System. Try different settings, such as enabling or disabling GPU rendering, to see if it makes a difference.
- Temperature and Cooling: Blender can be resource-intensive and cause your GPU to heat up. Ensure that your laptop is adequately cooled. Clean out any dust from the fans and consider using a laptop cooling pad. Overheating can lead to display glitches.
- Hardware Issues: Sometimes, display glitches can be caused by faulty hardware components, such as the GPU or RAM. To check for hardware issues, run diagnostic tests or stress tests on your laptop's components. Contact HP support or your laptop manufacturer for assistance if you suspect a hardware problem.
- Monitor External Displays: If you're using an external monitor, check if the issue persists on the laptop's built-in display. This can help determine whether the problem is with the laptop's hardware or the external monitor.
- Operating System Updates: Ensure that your operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux) is up-to-date with the latest updates and patches. Sometimes, OS updates can resolve compatibility issues.
- Blender Preferences: Inside Blender, check the application's preferences for any settings that might be causing the glitch. Resetting Blender's preferences to default can sometimes help.
- Disable Overclocking: If you've overclocked your GPU, revert it to its default settings. Overclocking can lead to instability and display issues.
- Graphics Card Issues: If none of the above solutions work, it's possible that your GPU may have a hardware issue.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
