I own a HP pavilion 15-cs1063cl. It's display is acting weird. It's hard to describe this but i will try my best. The screen looks double layered. Like those old deinterlaced videos. Every alternate like shifted upwards and it tries to fix itself and keeps flickering sometimes. I tried to uninstall display driver and reboot. There was no troubleshoot option for display. Tried changing refresh rate. None worked. Please help me.

Hi @Shashank_25,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing display quality issues with your HP Pavilion 15-cs1063cl
I suggest that you check if the issue occurs on the BIOS screen by following the steps below.
1. Turn off the computer, press the power button, and then repeatedly press the Esc key until the Startup Menu opens.
2. Press F10 to enter the BIOS Setup Utility.
3. Check if the screen issue persists.
You may also refer to the HP document from this link: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/ish_3912651-2318005-16
