@Timo62 You could attempt the reset using the steps provided, if that doesn't work, then you may need to make use of the HP Recovery media to revert to factory defaults to resolve the issue, if you don't have the OEM Recovery media: click here for details on how you can get one, or try the cloud recovery service as well.
